A few days ago, I came across a news story that had me like…

One political group is purposefully targeting a venture capital fund that seeks to help women and minority entrepreneurs raise capital. The Fearless Fund has a program where they give out $20000 four times a year to help bridge the racial gap in VC funding. In the VC world, this isn’t that much. But to folks like my clients, funding like this can really ease a burden and make a difference.

And that’s why I know this group bringing the suit and its founders are bullies.

A tell-tale sign of a bully is when someone picks a fight against someone they know is smaller than them. That’s exactly what this other group is doing, and the people impacted look like most of my clients.

I can’t ignore this because this lawsuit is one of those obstacles that make me want to help my clients build profitable businesses.
